All payments that could be associated with profiles are applied by 4:00PM US Eastern Time on the day that they are received. If you do not see your payment listed on your billing history page (> Billing), then we have either not received it or were unable to locate your profile.
In order for us to match any payments to your account, we will need more information. Any information that you can provide (document number, issuing institution, return address, postmark) will be helpful in our investigation.
