How do I activate text messaging?

To activate text message alerts click on Account > Notifications > In the Text Message Alerts choose Daily, Weekly or Never > Select your Mobile Provider > Enter your Phone Number > Click Activate > Click Save. Please note that you will receive a code on your phone that needs to be entered here to complete the process.

If you have not received your validation code or are not receiving messages, it could be for the following reasons:
-Older cell phones do not support SMS technology. If you are not sure your cell phone supports this technology, please contact the manufacturer or your provider.
-We may not have your cell phone provider in our database. If this is the case, please let us know.
-If your cell phone is still is not receiving text alerts, you will need to contact your cell phone carrier. It is a delay in their service. We send out the text messages instantly.
