Why do I see bad profiles online?

Members understandably wonder why there are a few member ads online that do not meet our site and picture guidelines. There are a few reasons for this, but primarily, our ad approval is a human process and sometimes things slip through the cracks. However, we perform regular quality control checkups to mitigate these policy infractions. We ask that members, like you, let us know if they find something about a profile that doesn't adhere to our site guidelines. We immediately review the account(s) and take appropriate action.
