I'm sorry to hear you're having problems uploading your photos. If you don't see your photo under Gear Icon > Account > Pictures, the image is not in our system and must be re-uploaded. Please be sure that your photos are saved as either PNG or JPG files and are not larger than 4 MB.
To upload a photo clique on Account > Pictures > Upload Picture (There are three categories) > Browse > Upload.
That's all there is to it! So that you know, all new content must be approved before appearing online.
If you have problems uploading the photos, please email them to Customer Service by simply attaching them to this email and sending them back to us. Please include whether you want the images to be public, private, or hidden.
