My Payment was declined, why?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a purchase with your card. Unfortunately, it appears that your card has been denied.

Your card could have been denied for a variety of reasons. There could be a hold issued on your card; you may have entered the incorrect billing address, and sometimes an outdated web browser can be the problem.

We recommend that you contact your bank or credit card company immediately to ask if there's a hold on your card. Once you know your card is ready for purchase, you can try your transaction again. And if all else fails, call us at 1-866-424-9999 or 1-617-424-9999 between the hours of 8 am-4 pm EST, Monday - Friday with your (1) Manhunt account information (username and email address) AND (2) credit card and billing address so we can process your payment over the phone.
