The protection of our members' privacy is very important to us. We've adopted and are committed to practices that safeguard the confidentiality of every member's personal information. Thus we do not release information about any member to any person or outside source (including government agencies).
However, we do respond to subpoenas, court orders and all legal process in order to establish or exercise our legal rights and defend against legal claims, and when we believe it necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Manhunt's Terms of Service or as otherwise required by law.
