How long does it take to get my profile and pictures approved?

Our goal is to approve all profiles within 45 minutes of our members making changes, so that those changes appear on the site. However, sometimes it may take longer depending on the number of profiles in the queue. With tens of thousands of profile changes made daily, we approve the profiles in the order they come to us. While we're happy to occasionally approve profile changes quicker at a member's request, we can't guarantee that we will always be able to do so.
