How do I clear my cache on my smart device?

--- Android ---

Your cache is storage that is on your device's memory that speeds up websites. We ask that your browser store copies of frequently accessed pieces of our site in "cache." This way, instead of having to download a file from us and wait for it to finish, you can just use the copy that's already in cache.

Here's the catch... if something gets corrupted in your cache, your device might be consistently accessing the same (wrong) bits of data, causing the screen to display incorrectly.

Let's try clearing your cache to see if that helps.

First, open the Browser application from your Android device, then press the Menu key and choose the More option. Tap Settings, then tap Clear Cache, and tap OK.

--- iOS ---

To clear your Safari cache, open 'Settings' from your home screen, scroll down to the ‘Safari’ menu item, tap it, and then scroll down again until you see ‘Clear Cache.' Give it a good tap and try logging in again.

If that doesn't work, I'd repeat the same steps (tap Settings, then Safari), except tap "Clear Cookies" to reset any saved bits of data on your phone.
